A contract may not be awarded as a result of this combined sources sought/synopsis. The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) at the Pentagon, on behalf of The National Detainee Reporting Center, intends to procure satellite telecommunication system with secure capability and information service as a small business set-aside or under full and open procedures.
Only small businesses are to submit capability packages. Interested small businesses that are certified and qualified as a small business concern in NAICS Code 518210 with the size standard of $23.0m are encouraged to su bmit their capabilities package outlining their experience in the following key areas: The National Detainee Reporting Center (NDRC) is looking for a satellite telecommunication system with secure capability and information service that will benefit to the highest degree, the safety, security, preservation of human life and protection of property. The satellite telecommunications system must provide, at a minimum, a 256k bit encrypted guaranteed bandwidth 2.048 Megabyte line into theater and a 1.024 Mega byte line out of theater of operations.
